Orders that are shipped outside the EU may incur import taxes of up to 35% of the order value. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by your local customs authority once the parcel arrives.

If you are unsure about the customs rules in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

If a parcel is refused entry or destroyed by customs and not returned to us, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.

Parcels returned to us due to refusal to pay import charges will be subject to a £30.00 handling fee to cover the courier charges and return costs.

Tracking information will be sent via email at the point of shipping.

Effie Jewellery does not receive delivery updates therefore it is the customers responsibility to track your order. Please contact us within 30 days of dispatch if you believe your item has been lost in transit.

Failure to do so may result in Effie Jewellery not being able to investigate it or offer compensation for your lost order.

For hygiene reasons, Effie Jewellery cannot accept returns or exchanges of our jewellery.

Effie Jewellery comes with a 12 month manufacturing warranty for solid jewellery.

This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidents or loss.

Please ensure you measure the area you want to fit the jewellery correctly as Effie Jewellery cannot accept returns.

If you are unsure I would recommend to check with a local piercer.

Ideally keep your jewellery stored separately in the Effie Jewellery pouch you receive it in.

Solid gold pieces, just clean gentle and buff.

Plated pieces, if you can take them out when in contact with water they should last over a year.

String bracelets, designed to be worn all the time but please be aware over time the string may wear.

Please handle with care, the pieces are dainty.

Always visit your local piercer to have it fitted if you aren’t confident.
